By foot from train station
Turn left out of Leamington Spa station on to Old Warwick Road and continue forward until you reach the junction of Bath Street. Turn left on to Bath Street and continue forward on to Victoria Terrace, heading towards the main shopping area. Victoria Terrace becomes The Parade. Continue walking along The Parade until you reach the Warwick Street junction. Turn left on to Warwick Street and cross to the other side of the road. Continue down Warwick Street. P&MM Employee Benefits is just past the Russell Street junction.

By car from M1
Leave the M1 at junction 17 (signposted M45, Coventry). Join the M45 and continue to the end of the motorway. Join the A45 and continue forward until you see the roundabout signposted A445. Turn left on to the A445 and follow signs for Leamington town centre. Turn right onto Warwick Street and continue straight ahead to just before the end of the road, where you take a right onto Waterloo Place.

By car from M40
Leave the M40 at junction 13. At the T-junction turn right on to the A452 (signposted Leamington, Warwick). At each roundabout take the exits signposted A452/Leamington. Turn right on to Warwick Street/B4099 and turn left immediately onto Waterloo Place.
